Here you will find all you need to know before you spend a day with us. If you have booked with us, you are required to review this information before your trip so we have nothing but smooth sailing.
What's Included
BAY
- High end fishing gear (conventional or fly) all bait/lures, you are welcome to bring your own
- Lite snacks, water, Gatorade
- Onboard cooler
OCEAN
- High end fishing gear, all bait/lures, you are welcome to bring your own
- Lite snacks, water, Gatorade
- Onboard coolers, for food and caught fish
- Fish cleaned and ziplocked at the end of the day on request, or it can be taken to a processor
- Private Restroom
What to Bring
BAY
- VALID FISHING LICENSE (16 and over) AND PHOTO ID -
We will need to verify upon boarding.
You can purchase an annual CA license HERE. Day licenses can be purchased at Seaforth Landing the morning of your trip.
-We will advise you if you need a Mexican license! It can be purchased HERE.
- Sun protection: sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, buffs, etc.
- Clothing layers, temperatures on the water vary greatly
- Shoes that you don't mind getting wet/dirty
- Food you'd like to enjoy, adventuring is hungry work! You are welcome to bring your own beer, seltzers, etc. Please, no glass
- Cash (or Venmo) for tipping our amazing captains. Industry standard is 10-25%
- If you are prone to sea sickness please take any desired precautions before boarding in order for them to be effective
OCEAN
-All of the above plus....
- Cooler in your car for the drive home
- Valid Passports, Mexican FMM Tourist Visas, and Mexican Biosphere Bracelets are required for Coronado Islands and/or fishing within 12 miles from Mexican coastline. We will let you know if this is needed and do it for you!

What Not to Bring
There are a few things that we simply cannot allow onboard.
- Any Glass items
- Extra coolers onboard
- chairs
- Illegal drugs of any kind (possession of any illegal drug will immediately end your charter without refund as it has very serious consequences for our captains)
- We also reserve the right to end a charter, at captains discretion, at any point without refund for unsafe behavior of any kind.
